Our Journey to Europe students are back and have had an amazing time whilst being overseas. They have been to so many beautiful and historical places and created memories that they will remember for a lifetime.

Students were interviewed to see what they have enjoyed at their homestay, how it is different from home, their thoughts on the schools in London, their highlight so far and what they have learnt along the way.
JOURNEY TO EUROPE 2018: MEET THE STUDENTS
This Sunday 28th October 11 students from Mahogany Rise Primary School will head off on a trip of a lifetime. Meet the students who are travelling to Europe and what they are most excited about.
The last 2 days of our trip we spent in the North of France at a place called Amiens. The students visited Villers-Bretonneux where Australian soldiers helped save the village in 1918. Two of our students laid down the wreath at the Remembrance Day memorial. They also attended a WW1 Museum in Albert.
Students have had a very busy couple of days in Paris. They were lucky enough to attend The Eiffel Tower, Universal studios, The Louvre, Notre-Dame, Sacre-Coeur and The Arc de Triomphe. They are having a great time!
Grazebrook Primary School
The students attended Grazebrook Primary School where they participated in an everyday school day.
Tour of London
The students enjoyed a day touring around London on a double decker bus. They visited lots of amazing places from Trafalgar Square to Buckingham Palace. The students were then lucky enough to end their tour with a trip on the London Eye.
Harry Potter World
The Journey to Europe students were lucky enough to attend Harry Potter World. They had an amazing day and loved exploring and learning all about how the Harry Potter series was made.
Plane ride & Meeting their host families
After a long 22 hour plane ride we have arrived in London. We caught taxis straight to Grazebrook Primary School where students met and left with their host families.

Today the students were lucky enough to meet the local MP Chris Crewther. The students asked Mr Crewther lots of questions about his position in parliament and he wished them
all well on their trip, as well as providing the students with special packs.
